Mainly used for pressure, flow, and direction control in hydraulic systems. The products cover more than 20 categories such as plug-in valves, balance valves, one-way valves, logic valves, etc., and are suitable for fields such as engineering machinery, ships, and petroleum equipment.
The core design adopts a free floating structure at the end of the valve, which reduces the sensitivity of installation torque and prevents jamming. The internal components have undergone heat treatment and possess wear resistance and fatigue resistance. The sleeve design utilizes thread centering, eccentricity compensation, and load dispersion technology to support working pressures up to 350 bar and a flow range of 720 liters per minute. Representative models include CBCA-LHN balance valve, CXBA-XCN one-way valve, RPCC-LAN pressure relief valve, etc. Some products are equipped with EPDM seals to accommodate phosphate hydraulic oil systems.
Due to its tightly fitting working components, it can float inside the valve body, reducing sensitivity to installation torque and avoiding the possibility of internal moving parts getting stuck. Clean or inspect plug-in valves without changing valve settings or dismantling any pipelines. The internal working components of the plug-in valve have undergone heat treatment, processed into wear-resistant, impact resistant, fatigue resistant, and have a long service life.
To ensure the reliability of the valve, the plug-in valve seat should consider: 1. The outer diameter of the threaded shoulder can guide the valve into the socket to ensure alignment.
