About Customization
Our store has its own factory and supports custom orders based on samples and drawings.
1. The minimum order quantity is small, starting from 30 pieces for the sterling silver model. For multiple styles, please consult customer service for details.
2. Version fee: If the order quantity of custom products exceeds 200 pieces, the version fee will be refunded and can be used as a loan.
3. Customization process: a. Contact customer service, send us pictures or samples;
b. Quote, confirm order, buyer pays 30% deposit;
c. Drawing and pattern making;
d. Once production is confirmed and pattern making is done, changes cannot be made
e. Buyer pays the final payment, and the goods are shipped.
4. After signing for the custom product, please check its quality immediately. Except for quality issues, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
